The Coastal Zone is a great place for your Workshop, Meeting or Activity.

There are two meeting rooms, Simple facilities, Car Parking nearby, Eating places (cafe and a pub which overlooks the sea) and shop in the village. This is the ideal venue for small groups meeting in the coastal area of south-east Cornwall, and even if you are a bit larger group, the large room can hold up to 70 people in a seated-row type setup.....the small room can do the same with 35 - or you can hire both rooms. We are just 75 meters from the sea, so take a stroll before or after your meeting.

Facilities provided include a small kitchen for serving cold and ready-cooked food, and teas, coffees and cold drinks. One unisex toilet for able-bodied and disabled people. There are tables that can be arranged in the centre, so you can do craft-type activities etc.

small room in the Zone

The small room can accomodate up to 35 people seated, it is also very suitable for smaller groups doing activities such as crafts etc - there were 11 people in our craft group last meeting, and there was plenty of space.

Hiring charges for the small room for up to 3 hours are £16 in summer, and £18 in winter (which includes heating in winter)

the large room in the Zone
